New Hygger 24/7 light

I just got a new hygger 24/7 full spectrum light and was wondering if I can run the light on the 24 hour cycle or should I run a more classic 8 hour lighting period

I run my Finnex 24/4 around the clock.

It has time points where the light represents and oven low light into the night along with a period of darkness before simulated sunrise.
