Just set up my first pressurized CO2 system and checked on it this morning and the bubble counter is now filled with water (it was only 3/4 filled last night). The water must have siphoned back into it when the CO2 turned off for the night. It has a built in check valve in the bubble counter, so I'm not worried about damaging the regulator, but my question is, will this be a problem once the CO2 turns back on? Or will the bubble counter just clear out and everything work fine?

If it becomes a problem just add another check valve between the bubble counter and the tank.
