I have 4 otocinclus in a 20L with my bee shrimp. The Bee shrimp eat mostly Almond leaf and scavenge around the detritus and moss. Do I need to feed the Otos or will they survive on this diet also? I have had them for 2 weeks and they still seem very active with fat tummies.

If they have fat stomachs, then they're probably getting fed. If their stomachs start shrinking, then you can supplement with algae wafers, sinking shrimp pellets, etc.
