Yes your co2 is no way at 22ppm if your ph is 6.2 and kh is 3.0
your CO2: would be at 45.107ppm which is very deadly for fish to leave in...
Did you add something to change your ph and kh?
If that data is correct that you just gave your co2 its sky high.

I say lower your co2 down just a notoch and you should have it at 30ppm

The old ph/kh chart is very inaccureate so most no longer use it. There are just too many things that throw this chart off.
