Looks like you have great plant growth. Is it possible for you to bury the pot on the right? It would still serve it's function but look better, I think. Also smaller gravel might be a lot easier to work with. It looks like you have a nice foreground started there! :D

I think I would try to hide the pot. You could use DW or bury it partly and use the rocks piled up a little around it.

If you ever decide to change out to smaller rocks I understand that #3 blasting sand is the same color rocks but smaller. You could add some a little at a time and they would settle on the bottom. Then you could scoop out the bigger rocks with a slotted spoon or colander. It would not bother your tank cycle if you did it little at a time. I also understand that the blasting sand is EXTREMELY cheap - like $12 for a huge bag. Anyway...
