Definitely a Myriophyllum. It is difficult to say which species, however, unless you have pictures of emersed growth and flowers.

It reminds me somewhat of M. dicoccum.

Error... Is this plant also sold under the name Frill?

I've seen Myriophyllum simulans sold under the trade name "Frill", so it's possible that you have seen the plant above or the species mentioned with that name.

absolutely utricularia - came to israel by me a few months ago and fount its way to a lot of aquariumists very fast because of the easy demands and fast growth. i got it from thailand , don't know its species but it gave me yellow flowers the other day. maybe someone here could help id. the species
