I have 1 12000 day light
1 plant light (it looks pink)
and 1 aetnic light (blue)
I can only have 2 lights on my fixture. Which one should i be using for my plants?
Or do i still have the wrong lights for them?
I have a 60 gallon fish tank.

Well it is my understanding that the "aetnic" is for saltwater tanks. The people selling complete lighting fixtures don't know if you have a freshwater or a saltwater tank so they are covering their bets.
The 12000k might be too much but you will never know until you try it. Try your luck with the first two and see what happens. It will be a learning experience while you research more about light bulbs. Also the depth of your tank is more important than the capacity.

i would get rid of the Actinic bulb as it really is not very useful for plant growing. and for a 60 gallon tank, the two bulbs you have won't be enough light, with the exception of very low light plants. without knowing the wattage of the bulbs, and what kind of reflectors/reflectance you have, you might have 1.0/1.2 wpg.

i just saw another one of your posts that indicated the wattages of the bulbs you're using, and you're definitely on the low side of light, under 2 wpg. you will need to add more light depending on what you plan on growing.
