yes that is Pogostemon stellatus , this plant is also called Eusteralis stellata, the shape on the picture is the emersed culture one. The leaves should grow a little bit and take a purple color reaching the surface of your aquarium. It's a beautiful plant that you have here !
Both of these plants are extremely sensitive to low NO3. When pruning, always save 1-2 top cuttings as these two plants have the tendency to go south very quickly. And as gnatster noted, additional information can be found in the Plant Finder.
