Something interesting and unique.

Die Aquarienpflanzen in Wort und Bild edited by Albert Wendt (from whom Crypt wendtii was named). It was published in Germany (Alfred Kernen Verlag), from 1952-1955.
It is a series of loose-leaf booklets - each (#'s 1-18 ) in a series of light green paper folders approximately 6"wide by 7 inches high. Approximately 350-400 pages of vintage drawings and black and white photos. Although the text is german, the pictures are in english :)
Each folio (they are not bound) contains about 20 to 25 pages, two hole punched on the left margin were intended to go in a binder.
I have a second set, bound which are numbers 1-17.
See APD post http://fins.actwin.com/aquatic-plants/month.200008/msg00394.html for more details
I no longer have a need for these, and am selling each set for $60 including shipping to USA.

PS. I also have other English language aquarium plant books from the 1960-1990 available (deWit, Rataj, Colin Roe, De Thabrew , Allgayer&Teton, Sterba, Stodola, Jacobsen, Muhlberg, more)
