It's most likely coincidence. My shrimps love the moss, thread or no thread.
rcs and cotton thread
ive had some java moss wrapped to a peice of wood with cotton thread for a while. the thread has finally disentegrated and i pulled the peices out of the tank.
i usually never see any shrimp in the moss which surprised me bc i thought they loved it. almost immediately after the thread was out of the tank, i saw 3 rcs on the moss. then this morning i found my first baby rcs in the moss.
is this just a coincidence that the shrimp were never in the moss when the thread was there and now that its gone they go in it?
