What about something with roundish leaves as a contrast to the plants that are remaining try planting in patches instead of rows. How big is your tank its a bit hard to judge from your pic, if on the small side maybe Micrantheum umbrosum, or maybe Hydrocotyle verticillata with a slightly larger leaf. What about attaching Anubias petite to the bogwood with one of the moss's maybe change some of the background plant and get a focal point, would love to know what the result is.
