I am getting ready to order some plants from an online source. What I wanted to know is if it is ok to have them shipped second day air? Or should I have them overnighted? The cost difference is huge so I am leaning toward second day.

I've always done 2nd day with online orders and never had any problem. I've also never had a problem with USPS priority (2-4 days) when ordering plants from this forum.

I went with nextday so that the guaranty is still vaild from Aquariumplants.com. The other bouns is that my plants will be here sooner.

Obviously next day or second day would be best, that said though about 70% of plants I've shipped and have been shipped to me USPS Priority got to their destination in 2 days. Most of the rest on the 3rd day. Only had one recently take five days and it was due to a misrouting through Boston(???) from San Francisco to Denver. All depends on how much and how valuable the plants you are ordering are I guess.
