Stick em in a box and send them, that's what I do. Ignorance is a blessing :wink:
They do often get opened up and worst of all delayed with customs but I have yet to have a box stopped or returned to me. I'm not sure what the laws are but as a hobbist sending plants to a buddy of mine in canada I've had no problems, just delays that have at times killed the plants. I'm sure if you plan to sell plants over the border things would be different.
