How do we delete commercial sales posts? A company from Ukraine is selling moss balls. I have deleted the post on the DFW APC forum and banned the sender, but I don't know how to delete from the chat room.

I figured it out--spammer Katya's message has been deleted from the chat box.

I'd bet the site software allows you to ban their IP addy.
That's one way to stop them.
