i have a 10 g with 10 cardinals, 1 oto, 20 cherry/amano shrimp, can I add any more otos or cardinals? or is this tank done?

It's pretty heavily stocked and shouldn't have any more added to it, but Oto's do best with company of their own, so I'd get a couple more of them.
