I am very new to a planted aquarium, how often should I do water changes?

I own a 25 gallon tall and have 3 Moneyworts, 1 Amazon Sword, 1 Petite Anubia, and some fire moss in my tank and I use Seachems Flourish and Flourish Excel. I also use root tabs. I have 18 small fish total.

That's the million dollar question,everyone has their own opinion I do a 50% in my 150 gallon every Sunday while I trim the plants.This tank is a discus tank and they like clean water.My other tank is a 75 gallon shrimp tank I do 50%every other week.You just have to find what works best for you,some people rarely do water changes and have no problems.
