Well it was my dream built. Saved for it over a period of 2 nice long years.
And then when it came to spending and buying all the stuff, I wanted to buy from someone who was responsible enough.
Who was ready to talk to me and give me fair suggestions. In those 2 years I read every possible topic on every possible internet forum about planted tanks. So I was pretty sure of what I was gonna order. But still I mailed my questions to both the websites and AFA replied to me earlier (Sorry AFA for my dumb questions like "how much would be the shipping" I could have just log in to your website and check it). So a 4* for communication.

And when there are 2 shopkeepers with same stuff of same brand, why would I buy it for extra money when the other is offering it for a fairly low price. So again AFA got 5* here.

Then Availability- Why would I compromise with "what I want". I'm the customer, its my choice what I want. And to let me choose, they should have every product in stock. Right from garden mat to Do! Aqua Pinsettes, AFA has it all. Again 5*

So I went ahead and ordered the stuff.
Shipping was really quite fast. I ordered stuff on Dec 13 and the stuff was in my hands on 18th. Being a Sat and sunday on 15 & 16, they did all the things and sent it to me. So again a 5* on this. It could not be better than this.

I'm writing this because when I was about to order stuff from AFA I couldn't find anything like this, A detailed description which could make me feel more comfortable before ordering.

I could not agree more, the guys at Aqua Forrest in San Francisco are the best! I have spoke to them on several occasions and they were happy to answer my questions. I have spent quite a bit of money with them but even when I ordered just one liquid fertilizer they were just as responsive and accomadating I recommend them highly!

Just to chime in. I've ordered numerous times from AFA. I live 2600 miles away from them, and yes, shipping is expensive. I know they have many other customers, but they continually treat me like I'm a priority. My last order was a large order. Steven communicated back and forth with me to insure I was happy, even sending photos. I would not hesitate to order from them again (I actually did so again today!). They are my Long Distance LFS.
