thinking of getting a new filter for my 20 long tank. I love my penguin 170, with the biowheel I've never had any ammonia or nitrites. The only problem is it seems to do a horrid job of mechanical filtering. There always seems to be something floating around in the water. I'm trying not to overfeed or anything, so i don't think it's that. Anywayz, i was looking for suggestions for a new filter, most likely a canister. I admit, I'm bad about filter maintence and not having to clean it for 3-4 months would be a godsend.
