Update.....

Before vacation

After vacation

After trim a couple of days ago
Nice! I completely know the feeling as I left for a one week vacation recently and difference upon return was entertaining--the plants got bigger, and everything was still alive *whew*.

A small update...Did a trim and some cleaning over the weekend to get ready for some Dipilis Diandra and Ludwigia Arcuata that will be coming this week. I pulled out my Blyxa A. that was in the back and cleaned it up good and pulled the bad leaves off. Those things get so much stuff in them. I also rearrange some of the DW, but I still need to trim my Limnophilia SP in the back right and waiting for my L. Cuba to grow out. I had a small mishap with the CO2 last week that left 1 dead which was unfortunatly one of my rainbows but everyone else pulled thru. Here are some pics to enjoy...

Looking good! Sorry to hear about the loss of the rainbow and thanks for taking a close-up shot of one of them, it really is stunning. Where on earth are you going to put more plants?! ;)

I actually made some space over the weekend for these plants. I put together a pic of what I am thinking.

Re: "Tranquility" Mark's 90 gal Corner Bow (Updated Pics 12-22-09)

It has been awhile since I updated my journal here on APC. Things have been going pretty well. I had a 2 week period starting Nov 20 that I neglected my tank becasue of remodeling my bathroom (when you only have one bathroom, you do everything you can to get it back up and running). I didn't have time to dose, trim, do water changes nothing except feed the fish (which I neglected to do on some days) When I got the bathroom functional again, I spent about 3 days trimming, cleaning and getting the tank back into shape. So here are some pics to enjoy....

Time for an update. I finally was able to get this jungle trimmed on 2-26-10 and here are some pics before the trim that night....

And here are some pics from 3-9-10...

The plants have grown so fast due the the Ferka Root tabs I bought from Orlando at GLA. Those tabs are amazing and the plants respond so well to them. My plants are so healthy since I have been using them and would recommend them to anyone!

I love this tank so much. It's so tranquil, and you can really see the health of the fish and plants.

Excellent work -- I bet this is one helluva tank up close in real life!

Thx again for the kind words!

This is one of my favorite tanks. It's not very often you see a bow front well done. I just love your tank! I imagine it's just a knock-out in person! You need my 125g!!! Too bad you're not local!
