have some otos that are getting ich and want to treat before it hits the rasboras, cories and gourami. I would be using Malachite Green as a treatment.

I am pretty sure that anubias, marsilea and my crypts won't be affected, but I have a "special" plant in the tank. This is "algae scape" tank with EXTENSIVE "planting" of Cladophora sp. algae.

Does anyone forsee any problems? I know to use 1/2 dosing cause of some fish sensitivity.

I'd be afraid that even gradually changing the tank 10° would make my crypts go "barf"

malachite green has no copper in it.
