Reused an old post

This is my first ever aquarium and i have a fun time scaping it ...

there is 1 plant missing a low groundcovering something with small leafs on the right side... and i expect everything to grow alot more before i call this finished ...

And becouse this is my first i have no idea of how it will look when stuff grow more and so i hope to get some pointers ...

It's a little hard to tell which plant species you have in that tank. I am guessing Gymnocornis is the tall, corn-like plant. I see some Ludwigia repens and maybe some water sprite?

First of all, I think that this aquarium could look good if you let all the stem plants on the right side grow out and become really bushy, creeping out over what seem to be tufa rocks. I recommend the following plants to you to get that effect:

Heteranthera zosterifolia
Rotala rotundifolia 'Green'
Rotala rotundifolia
Mayaca fluviatilis
Ludwigia repens
Hemianthus micranthemoides
Micranthemum umbrosum
Rotala wallichii
Hygrophila difformis

You may want to consider repositioning and/or wrapping those large red tufa rocks in java moss. The color will probably not result in a pleasant combination if you decide to use a lot of red plants.

Are those sword plants in the upper left hand corner? I would suggest removing them and replacing them with Hygrophila corymbosa "siamensis" instead. These stem plants will provide similar leaf texture without taking over your entire tank.

Yes it is swordplants ... there also a microsorium pteropus just to the right of the swordplants that are in the corner... i were thinking of removing it when i got enough of the swordplants to take its place ...
So i guess that the swordplants will spread to rapedly? If i hold after it is it still a problem?
I realy dont feel like trowing it way becouse i just bought it yesterday and i got no othere tank to trow it into...

Yes the Hyg. cory. sia. is kinda oki... im actually not completly sure i like that left area as it is but i had no real good idea on what to make of it so I bought some swordplants and hoped for the best ... how would it look if I would change it for some plant with smaller leafs like some more of the Ludwigia repens thats actually standing there in the left but its hiden on the photos (to the right of the micro. ptero.)... there is also some Egeria densa in the left that u almost can see atleast on the sidepicture ... I had no real idea in that end of the tank I were first thinking of leaving it empty and just have the Eleocharis acicularis go all the way to the back but that just looked awful so i changed that... I also had some kinda idea to have some thing like Heteranthera zosterifolia but im not sure u guys think it would look good with Heteranthera zosterifolia or Nesaea pedicellata or something in that style?...

I think Heteranthera zosterifolia or Hemianthus micranthemoides would look excellent in that corner.
