WHEN U C A BULB WITH "UV STOP" - IS IT REALY BETTER THE A REGULAR BULB WITH THE SAME CHARACTERISTICS OR IS IT JUST A GIMIC? - CAN U EXPLAIN WHAT DOES "UV STOP" MEANS ANYWAY?
