Has anybody any experience with variegated anubias gradually loosing the white varigations over time ?

Over the last 2 years both my Anubias minima and what I assume is Anubias nana varigated have gradually lost the white varigations and are now practically identical to the standard varieties. All (standard and variagted) varieties are growing with leaves emerged (out of water) in floating plant trays and are growing healthy and well they have just lost all varigation.

Mine did too even under water. Might be that the health of the plant and sufficient nutrients have brought them back to normal. Or the varigation was caused by a mineral deficiency rather than a sport or virus induced state.

My guess is they are too healthy and the plant is coping better.

I have seen other plants lose variegation from high light too.
