Amquel is quite cheap, add it as you fill the tank and use a python. Or make something like a python yourself.
A 75 gal can change 70% in 10-20 minutes pretty easily with this method.
You can use a trash can(32 gal etc) and aerate and use the tap sooner if you want.
You can use a pump to add the water from there to the tank also and never lift a bucket again.
