Looks good, but if it were me, I'd plant lots more fast growing stems in there to start with. :)

Good start. If your using the 55 Watt lamp, you'll have about 2.75 Watts Per Gallon. That could mean algae problems soon. SO, like Bert said, add some fast growing stemmies, and don't forget a good fertilizer regime.

What's the grass-like plant on the right side, front? I can't tell.

Micro Sword, and could you name some common fast growing stemmers?

I finally found a LFS that sells plants, so i'm gonna check there for them.

Anacharis, Hygrophila difformis (really ANY Hygrophila...'sunset' is a good one), Ludwigia repens...

It looks like you've got some fast stem plants already, just add some more to the background.

Don't plant those stem plants or the microsword as a single clump. Separate them and plant them individually. They will grow much better that way, and it is strongly growing plants that are the primary defense against algae.

Hi, I LIKE your temple decor - since I own one too;-) Good tank! I'll bet you get addicted to plants - I did!

Here's wishing you wet sleeves!
