I had a chance to video tape this peculiar behavior this afternoon.
They're doing some kind of dance, and it seems like they're stuck on invisible strings!

I think they are trying to mate. I've seen small guppies that look pregnant to me. What do the rest of you think?

Males "fight" like that sometimes.

They are having a fight. I have seen adult females fight like that and also males, although males tend to fight more where one mail displays and agressively courts the other. They may be fighting for a particular location in the aquarium which they think is desirable. I have not seen such young ones fight like that.
