What to look for in a digital camera?

Hi
What should I look in a digital camera that will take decent pictures of plants and fish? Nothing too special, but decent quality. Any recommendations?

Look for a Sony 717

Seriously, for the prosumers suitable for aqarium use, I'm pretty sure this is about as good as it gets... the price is seriously right for the features.
