The cost of shipping will depend on what size you have them cut the pipe to. I'm sure they'll give you an estimate if you write and ask.
I have 4" clear PVC I bought from there. I had to buy a full 10 foot length. I'd be willing to sell some, but it would be about $20/foot + shipping.
