Looking for a light upgrade for a 28 gallon bow front. Currently I have the strip light that came with it at 17W. Looking for something between 80 -100W or higher. Really just looking to upgrade the strip light. Just checking to see if anybody has something that could work.

Sounds like a possibility.....But I'm just looking for a new light fixture. Really don't want to get involved with a Mod. I think the easiest solution is finding a new light fixture with a higher wattage.

So, really I'm looking for a 24 inch light. I'm open to the watts. Does anybody have anything old around that they would like to move.
