Have you thought also about Wisteria? It grows well in lower light. It's also a faster grower so it would be a tremendous help in the "no algae" category. It would also be a nice complement to the plants you listed.
About the swords. I can't imagine a sword that would fit into your tanks. Even the smaller ones like melon, kleiner bar, grow too large. I have a 125g and I only have a melon. I had to get rid of the others. I have a variegated sword right now that I thought would work but is not going to work. Have you thought about a barclaya or a Crypt ponterderlifolia? They have a similar type sword look but don't overtake you tanks.
