Potassium Chloride in the weirdest place

there i am sitting with grandparents at dinner and theres this salt substitute container in front of me. i'm just looking at it when i notice it says potassium chloride.
i assume this si the same stuff?
i wish i could just use this... except it also had fumaric acid, tricalcium phosphate and moncalcium phospate in it

also i noticed that magnesium sulfate is epsom salt...
wont that also raise my gh?

You can also buy potassium chloride as water softening salt. It's sold for use in homes with septic systems, even though studies have shown that regular sodium chloride does not harm septic systems. Forty pounds of potassium chloride runs about $10 a bag. That should last a while...
